Giusi & Dario's Villa and Ciciano Cottage were designed, decorated and furnished with comfort as the top priority. We can accommodate any party combination of up to 12 guests in our two homes - with up to 6 in the main villa and 6 in the adjacent cottage - all in great comfort and style, served by a total of 6 bathrooms.
From the graceful avenue of Tuscan cypress trees lining our driveway, to the magnificent panoramic dining terrace, from where you can admire the pink, yellow and crimson sunset over Cortona - to the immaculately manicured gardens and pool terrace, the velvet lawns - and even the soft cooing of the pigeons - all these elements come together harmoniously to greet guests on arrival at the property.
Our family lives nearby on the estate, in an old 17th century farmhouse, where we lead an active farming life cultivating truffles, wild fennel, olive trees, 'porcini' mushrooms, hazelnuts, figs, vines and coppiced woodland for firewood. If you enjoy walking and hiking, the mountain environment affords breathtaking, panoramic views of Tuscany, Umbria and Lake Trasimeno.
The privacy of our guests is an absolute 'must' for us, however we are always available for help or guidance. We can also prepare and serve to order breakfasts and delicious Tuscan meals for a dinner party or a special anniversary.

Secondary road SP35 from Cortona to Umbertide, turnoff into a gravel-surfaced lane, 800 meters long, leading uphill to the villa
